2. Bring proof of identification (Driver's License, Passport etc.)
3. Bring your Social Security Card.
4. Bring proof of education (High School Diploma, GED, or High School Transcript)
5. $100 Registration Fee and $20 Money Order made out to the Arkansas Department of Health, Cosmetology Section.
6. Get Ready, because you are on your way!
7. We recommend that you fill out a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) by going to www.fafsa.ed.gov The application will ask for a school code.  Our school code is 015585.
